In October, 2012, Chef Mark Peel closed the doors of his iconic Los Angeles restaurant, Campanile, for the very last time. In this candid short film, Chef Peel reveals his innermost thoughts and feelings about the end of this 20 year run, as well as secrets and philosophies regarding fine dining, cooking, and the restaurant world. Produced in collaboration with Yes Equals Yes, this film is a rare, insider’s look into an emotional and important moment in the life of a restaurateur.
